SLAG: Average Unit/Ship Quality
The following table shows the average quality of brigades and ships
for the Union and Confederacy. Note that these are averages only.
Individual units and ships may have substantially higher or lower
quality. Also, with good luck the units raised might have higher
quality than average, with bad luck they might have lower. Note also
that these are average quality for volunteer manpower. Units drawn
from the bounty, draft, and especially older manpower pools will
have lower quality.
