This is the home page of Wood, Iron, Steam, and Canvas (WISC). WISC is the name for the Civil War OnLine (CWOL) software module for naval combat. It is based on the PATE module of the Napoleonic Wars Online. Development started in spring 2010. 

This page is a placeholder that will evaporate once the main CWOL web page stands up, but for now it's holding some links. Most of these links are actually for the land module ROTD but at the moment it's harmless to have them in both places.
