Due to a break in the Duke's checkers schedule, this is an opportune time to issue a declaration of war.
Mecklenburg hereby declares war against Russia.

Now that's more like it. I'm glad the ministers are finally coming to realize what our national
priorities are. Now I just have to get the Treasury minister to stop interrupting me during my
chocolate milk break.

Truth be told, it was expressly for the quality of milk from the dairy cows raised between Bremen and Hamburg that I declared war on Hannover in the first place. My source of superior chocolate will remain my secret.
