HOLF Players' Guild Forum

The Guild Registry Application (version 2.0) will be used to help establish a Guild Registry that will be accessible to all who visit this website. This Registry (when completed) will provide a record of a Guild Member's player pedigree and experience, including Guild awards, honors, and other distinctions that have been earned. In addition, HOLF officials will use some of the information from your responses to attempt to further improve the playing experience of each member. Please take the time to answer each question as accurately and thoroughly as possible. This (2.0) version should be completed by all Guild Members who have not yet completed a Guild Registry Application as of June 7, 2010. Members who filled out the original (1.0) version of the Guild Registry Application are not required to fill out the 2.0 version but are encouraged to do so since there are a number of new or different questions in this version. Guild Members can always routinely update initial Guild Registry responses (regardless of what version you filled out) if some answers change over time. All data collected is intended for the sole use of Studies Group, and the Historical Online Learning Foundation, and will not be released to any third party agency under any circumstance.
