Morale Check Modifiers


Any time a land unit takes 2% or greater losses in GITM, it must make a morale check. If it fails the morale check, then it may retreat or rout. The chance of a rout or retreat depends on the number of casualties taken, the unit's quality and experience, its fatigue, whether it has open flanks, and whether it has won or lost a melee. The base chance depends on the percentage of losses the unit has taken:
