National Trade Shifts

When a nation loses trade due to blockade or embargo, some of the trade is entirely lost, but some shifts to ports in other nations. Each column of this table shows the redistribution of trade when a given nation loses trade, and each row of the column shows the percentage shifting to another nation. The last row shows the fraction of trade that is entirely lost. Example: France loses 1000 Cr of trade to blockade. 200 Cr of this trade shifts to Britain, 50 Cr to Spain, 150 Cr to Holland, 50 Cr each to German and Italian states with ports, and 500 Cr are lost entirely.
