Supplies can be purchased by a state's Secretary of War or Secretary of the Treasury, or by its President or Vice-President.
For city, enter the name of a city which is controlled by your nation (it need not be in your nation). If you add a state code, add the two-letter abbreviation, not the state name (e.g. PA not Pennsylvania). For number, enter the number of supplies you wish to buy. Cost is 5 Eg per supply. If you wish, you can have stores forwarded to another city or to a depot; if so, enter the number to forward and the name of the city or ID of the depot to forward them to. Supplies will be forwarded the turn after they are bought.

Supplies may not be purchased in off-map ports and cannot be automatically forwarded to off-map ports.

If you wish to have the purchase and forward be a standing order, check the standing order box. Standing order are carried out every turn (but not on deployment turns).
