Each side's Secretary of the Navy, President, and Vice-President are authorized to change commanders of that side's ships. The commander of a ship is authorized to change its deputy, but not its commander. You may leave the commander's email, or the deputy's email, blank, and the identity of that person will not be changed. Check the ship IDs and email addresses carefully before submitting this assignment.
